What is a Fractional?

A fractional leader is an experienced executive who works with a company on a part-time, project-based, or ongoing strategic basis rather than as a full-time employee.

In marketing, this often means gaining access to senior-level leadership — strategy, oversight, direction, and operational guidance — without the cost or structure of hiring a full internal executive team.

But a true fractional relationship is not simply outsourcing tasks.

It is embedded leadership.

Do I need one?

You may benefit from fractional marketing leadership if any of the following feel familiar:

  • Your marketing feels reactive instead of intentional

  • You are posting, updating, hiring vendors, redesigning materials, or trying new platforms — but without a clear strategic direction connecting it all

  • You are thinking of hiring social media support, a marketing coordinator or a marketing manager - when the real issue is a lack of strategic leadership and operational clarity

Is this you?

“We know we need marketing help, but we’re not sure what role to hire.”

Many companies are trying to solve strategic problems through tactical hires.

A social media coordinator cannot fix unclear positioning.
A website redesign cannot solve inconsistent messaging.
Posting more content will not automatically create trust or differentiation.

Before adding more activity, businesses need clarity around:

  • audience

  • positioning

  • communication

  • operational priorities

  • and what marketing should actually accomplish

Industries & Organizations I Often Work With

  • Professional Service Businesses

  • Real Estate & Development

  • Law Firms

  • Founder-Led Businesses

  • Luxury & Lifestyle Brands

  • Startups & Emerging Growth Companies

  • Businesses Navigating Brand or Organizational Transition

My Approach

My background combines:

  • executive marketing leadership

  • brand strategy

  • experiential marketing

  • storytelling

  • operational marketing systems

  • and hands-on execution

I have worked across: real estate, development, hospitality, legal, retail, luxury residential, and professional services.

I understand both leadership conversations and implementation realities.

I also understand that many businesses today are trying to navigate rapid technological and cultural shifts while still running day-to-day operations.

This work is not about replacing human communication with automation.

It is about helping businesses use modern tools strategically while protecting the clarity, trust, and authenticity that make brands valuable in the first place.

Engagement Structures

  • Fractional Marketing Leadership

  • Strategic Advisory

  • Project-Based Consulting

  • Brand & Messaging Development

  • Marketing Operational Reviews

  • Executive Marketing Partnership

  • Interim Marketing Leadership

  • On site | Remote

Marketing should not feel disconnected from the business itself.

The companies adapting best right now are not necessarily the loudest or the fastest.

They are the ones creating clarity:

  • internally

  • operationally

  • and in the way they communicate their value to the people they serve.

If your organization is evaluating what strategic marketing leadership should look like, I’d welcome a conversation.
