LANGWORTHY LORD
Strategic Advisory for Marketing in a Time of AI-Driven Change

Elizabeth Lord, Founder
Strategic Advisor for Brands Navigating Change
Marketing is no longer just a communications function.
It is increasingly an operational one.
Businesses today are navigating a level of change that traditional marketing models were never designed to support.

AI has accelerated execution.
Consumer expectations continue to shift.
Teams are leaner. Platforms evolve constantly.
And businesses are expected to move faster while staying clear, relevant, and human.
Most leaders can feel the pressure.
What many lack is a practical way forward.
That is where I work best.
I help businesses understand what's changing -
and what to do about it.
My approach
I approach marketing as a business system — not simply a collection of campaigns or content.

The strongest brands are not built through constant activity.
They are built through clarity, consistency, and intentional decision-making across every customer touchpoint.
That means understanding:
-
how people behave
-
how brands create trust
-
how environments shape experience
-
how communication influences perception
-
and how operational decisions impact growth
Technology may be changing rapidly, but human behavior still drives business.
The companies that adapt successfully will not necessarily be the loudest or the fastest.
They will be the clearest.
Strategy + Execution
One of the biggest challenges businesses face today is the growing disconnect between strategy and execution.
Many consultants advise.
Many agencies produce.
Very few bridge both.
My background has always lived at that intersection.
I have led marketing initiatives that required:
-
long-term strategic thinking
-
hands-on execution
-
placemaking and experiential strategy
-
creative direction
-
operational coordination
-
cross-functional leadership
-
and real-world adaptability
That perspective allows me to help businesses move beyond theory and into practical, modern implementation.

Because good strategy only matters if it can actually work in the real world.
Why Langworthy Lord
The modern business environment does not need more marketing noise.
It needs:
-
clearer thinking
-
stronger positioning
-
better alignment
-
smarter execution
-
and communication strategies that can evolve alongside technology without losing the human side of the brand
Langworthy Lord was built to help businesses navigate that shift thoughtfully and strategically.
Most businesses already know something is changing.
Very few have had the time to step back and rethink how marketing should actually work now. That's where I help. Email me at LangworthyLord@me.com

Community Engagement
Birkdale Village Fourth of July Event
I worked with Elizabeth Lord when she was responsible for the daunting task of marketing Birkdale Village in its infancy. Beth was an integral part of why Birkdale Village became such a community center for the Huntersville area.
She planned and executed major events as well as regular smaller events to keep Birkdale as a desirable destination. As a direct result of her work, we saw thousands of people for the annual treelightings, and Fourth of July events.
I can attest to the programming and events that contributed to the soul of the place. Not everyone can pull off large scale events, but Beth is up to the task! "
– Jullianne McCollum, Crosland

Strategic Events
Lowcountry Launch
“One of the loveliest events we have attended. This estate, overlooking the marsh at sunset in Hilton Head was a true reflection of the Christie's brand of real estate. The home, valued at over $11M, was exceptional and, it showcased both the residence and the brokerage extremely well. So "on brand" and a great opportunity for area Realtors to network!
— Carolina Fredricks, Hilton Head, SC
Partnership Marketing
Guided Luxury Magazine - 5 Editions
Secured this partnership with Guided Luxury Magazine to provide the Blackstream Christie's International Real Estate brokerage with a bespoke, premium product focused on buying, selling, and relocating. Each edition, reflective of the regions of the Carolinas served, was a high-quality publication developed at no cost to the brokerage. Researched and written in-house, each publication was one of the primary selling tools for agents from each office.

End-to-End Marketing Leadership
Project Launches - The Wharf
“My experience with Elizabeth 'Beth' Lord, while relatively brief, was sufficient to recognize that when it comes to positioning, selling, promoting, and growing a product or project, she provides the whole package. The Wharf was an expansive, multifaceted project that included a mix of condominium, retail, and entertainment assets - all new builds coming out of the ground in rapid succession. Beth was able to blend these elements seamlessly - from ad messaging and product integration to spectacular grand opening events to ongoing public relations and community outreach. She is thoughtful, creative, energetic, thoroughly schooled in real estate, hospitality, and consumer marketing, a wonderfully gifted writer and a joy with whom to work.”

Verbal Branding - Addison Whitney
“Beth has been such a pleasure to work with at Addison Whitney. She is an extremely resourceful team player who's always willing to lend a hand, and her extensive marketing experience has been an advantage in numerous business situations. Her positive attitude and "can-do" mentality, along with a natural ability to mentor others, make her a valuable asset to any team.” — Emily Hassell Rund, Senior Director, Ankura

"I had the genuine pleasure of working with Beth at Addison Whitney, a top-tier branding agency, in 2012, and my only regret is that I didn't get to enjoy her talent and company longer! Her bright smile and helpful attitude were bright spots in our department every single day. She never hesitated to offer to help her coworkers (or me), even if that meant staying late into the evening, and there was nothing she would not do to contribute to the success of the firm, whether it was part of her job description or not. She's also one of the most talented consumer brand namers with whom I've worked." - Tiffany Jonas, Principal, AIO Group, LLC

"Beth has an amazing creative vision when it comes to branding and marketing. Her ideas are fresh and innovative, and she is not afraid to think outside the box. She is a dedicated employee and a pleasure to work with." - Brittany Scott, Executive Director, Fingerprint Branding (Leaderboard)
